An exclusive Champagne-focused evening for just 12 guests, led by Tim Stracener, centered around a lineup of rare and hard-to-find bottles sourced directly from France. From May 4th–14th, Tim and Taylor traveled through Champagne, selecting wines on-site with a focus on back vintages, limited releases, and bottles rarely seen in the U.S.

The experience pairs these selections with a menu of fried chicken sandwiches and caviar.
